Rural Japan, arranged with care.
In Japan, a good inn arranges things for its guests before they arrive: the reservation-only restaurant, the family inn with no booking page, the luggage sent ahead so you can walk unburdened. We do the same for your trip. Anna makes the arrangements by phone, in Japanese. Everything reaches you in writing, in English.
お手配— tehai
The Japanese word for the advance work of arranging. Calling ahead, confirming, preparing the way, so that when the guest arrives everything simply works.

考え方 Our thinking
Our work begins where the itinerary ends.
A good itinerary is easy to get these days. A guidebook or an AI will draft one in minutes, and we use both ourselves. But the countryside runs on telephone calls, closing days and local timetables. Someone still has to confirm each line, make the reservations, and sort things out when the weather interferes. That part is done by hand, and it is the part we do.
